As we are a Third Party MVD, convenience fees will apply.
Title and Registration Transfer
Prices varies, service fee is $25.00.
Documents needed (varies case by case):
- Title of vehicle
- Drivers License
Registration Renewal
Prices varies, service fee is $15.00.
Documents needed (any of the following is acceptable):
- Drivers License Only.
- Registration with Drivers License.
- Mailed Renewal Notice.
Permits
3 Day Permit – $6.00
30 Day Permit – $25.00
90 Day Permit – $30.00
Documents needed (varies) :
- 3 Day Permit : Drivers License with VIN.
- 30 Day Permit : If registered owner, only a Drivers License. If not, a signed over Title or a Bill of Sale is needed, along with the Drivers License of the new owner.
- 90 Day AZ Resident Permit (Special Qualifications Only) : Not for emission or repair purposes. Only given to those filing for a bonded title or are awaiting paperwork to transfer the vehicle into their name. Bill of Sale and Drivers License is needed if awaiting paperwork. Vehicle needs to be Level I Inspected if starting a bonded title process.
- 90 Day Non-AZ Resident Permit : Out of State Drivers License and Signed over Title or Bill of Sale.
Notary
Price is $5.00.
Documents needed:
- Any form of identification.
Disability Placard
Price is $10.00.
Documents needed:
- Drivers License.
- Doctor’s Form for Disability.
- For a replacement, only a Drivers License is acceptable.
Level I Inspection (On-Site & Off-Site)
On-Site price starts at $15.00. For Off-Site, price is $50.00 plus $2.00/mile from the office to the site and back.
Documents needed:
- On-Site : Drivers License, Ownership Documents, and the Vehicle physically present (Trailer, Motorcycle, ATV, etc.)
- Off-Site : Drivers License, Address of Inspection, VIN present in vehicle being inspected (Left side drivers dash AND drivers door if vehicle. Motor number AND VIN if Motorcycle/ATV. VIN label if trailer.)
